My research interests are in the area of early childhood care and education and include best practices and policy issues, inclusion of children with special needs, diversity, bi-lingualism, classroom management, teacher training and parent-teacher collaboration in the early childhood setting. I am also interested in research on issues in administration and leadership in child development facilities.
